We have to say that new creative director Peter Copping is doing rather well at Oscar De La Renta. Copping, who has taken over the helm of things after the loss of the designer for whom the label is named, showcased a delightful Oscar De La Renta Bridal Fall 2016 collection at Bridal Fashion Week.
The collection debuted bridal separates alongside the gowns and also reinterpreted styles from his Spring 2016 collection with a bridal twist.
The collection was beautiful – voluptuous and asymmetrical full skirts ruled, exquisite embroidery, pearls, pale pink floral appliqué, silver sequins and beads stitched together to form delicate flower shapes, sheer sleeves, princess cut and plunging neckline all came together to create a soft and feminine line up of sublime dresses.
