The work week is always super stressful, and the most tasking part is getting out of bed in the mornings. I do not know about you, but I need at least an hour to roll around once I open my eyes. The struggle to get out of bed is super real and that’s why I always look forward to the weekends because I could sleep all day long.
Speaking about work and the weekend, this is the look you go for when you are half way through the week and just done with everything work! You dress dress for the weekend but in a mature way and everyone automatically knows that you are so ready.
In todays post, I am sharing with you all one of my favourite looks. I am not sure if I love the lace on lace pattern more, or the colours, but overall, I absolutely adore this and I believe it is one for my books.
I am really starting to believe that unplanned events always turn out the best. This look was totally unplanned and initially, I wasn’t sure if I should go this route or not – but I am so glad I did.
This outfit is a reflection of sexy and casual in one. I love the fact that it is versatile and can be worn both during the day and at night. I would wear this out clubbing for a more mature look and definitely wear this out to dinner or for drinks with girlfriends. It also doubles up as a suitable date night look.
The only challenge with this look is that if you are from or live in a country such as Nigeria, you might find it difficult getting to your destination in one piece! People will either stare you down or ask you questions like “didn’t your mother see you before you left home?” Some might even question the existence of your mother or parent figure.
All in all, rock it with confidence and I guess choose the right places to wear this to. I’d personally choose to wear it at night rather than in the day.
What do you think?
As usual, thank you all for reading. Hope this post inspires your next lacy look.
