Avocado is highly underrated. Apart from being one of the tastiest foods around, it is also very versatile. In fact, I like to refer to it as a sibling to shea butter and coconut oil because they can be used for almost everything.

Avocado actually contains protein. The amount of protein depends on the size of the fruit, but about 100 grams of avocado contains 2 grams of protein.
